We do not send to Post Office boxes, military addresses or mail forwarding or holding services. Please do not provide such an address.

A signature may be required in order to receive your item.

If the postal services are unable to deliver an item to your address, for example because nobody is home to sign for the item, this may incur delays as you may be required to collect it yourself from the postal services.

For items posted overseas, the postal services aim to deliver in under a week in ideal conditions, however these times are not guaranteed. In some cases items are delayed up to 30 days by the postal services and this is beyond our control. We kindly ask that you are patient after your item has been sent.

If you would prefer to cover the cost of an item to be sent by fully trackable courier with a guaranteed delviery time, please contact us by email prior to the shipment of your item. Couriers cost alot more than regular post.
