Do I have to register with this website to place an order?
No - you can enter your shipping and payment details without creating an account if you wish to. This means that next time you visit, you will need to enter your details again, and you may not be able to check the status of your order automatically.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your account then click "your orders." On this page, your order will be listed as either: Awaiting Payment, Payment Received, or as Shipped.
Do you offer a range of sizes?
Yes we do! We will make suits to your exact measurements if you choose our custom size option. You can also order suits in either small, medium or large sizes. Complete details of our sizes, including a chart to help you choose the best size for you are available here.
Can I place an international order?
Yes, international orders are most welcome. International shipping rates apply, and please note that transit times vary beyond our control.

Payments
How can I pay?
You may pay either electronically, or via post.
How can I pay electronically?
Paypal: A safe, encrypted credit or debit card payment method - available to customers worldwide. Registration with Paypal is instant and free.
How can I pay by post?
Bankers cheque (Postal): Available from your bank.
Postal Order / International Money Order (Postal): Available from a post office or bank.
Personal cheque (Postal): Please allow time for funds to clear.
All Postal payments must be in £GBP Pounds Sterling. A postage address is provided during the order process for postal payments. Please write your order number or your email address on the back of your postal payment.
Can I send cash by mail?
Sending cash by mail is strongly recommended against as cash is easily intercepted in transit by people far less honest than yourself. If you insist on mailing cash, please send via recorded means whereby a signature is required upon delivery. This way you can at least track the progress or location of your payment. Even if you have had positive experiences sending cash by mail in the past, we urge you not to test fate as there are far more secure ways to make payments. Thank you for not paying in cash.

Shipping
How are orders sent?
Orders are sent using Royal Mail and usually require a signature upon delivery.
How long until delivery after an order is placed?
Items sent to the UK usually take one or two days. Items sent overseas take under a week under ideal conditions, however items can take longer so please be patient.
How are ordered goods packaged?
Discretely. Goods are packaged plainly with no unnecessary information on display other than a return address.
